Excellent experience staying in Novotel airport hotel, Hyderabad. Front office and all other staff are so nice , polite and helpful. I had medical emergency for my kid in the middle of the night, and they made arrangement in seconds. And Riyaz specially helped me a lot with all the luggages I had and he is so gentle and polite. I recommend all travellers this hyderabad novotel airport hotel. Its awesome experience for us

We had a great time at novotel.rooms neat and clean .lobby was good . House keeping and front office staff very polite . specially riyaz and Kunal front office staff exllent job . All staff reception were welcoming and helpful ful .i would highly recommend this place to everyone.
