The hotel is very clean and organized , the buffet is full of various dishes,the room service are always making sure we are satisfied , The staff are very friendly and helpful especially mohamed alaa (animation team)

The hotel is family friendly with activities for adults and children. The food is better and in other resorts I’ve had in Sharm. Drinks and snacks are also not bad. The spa ladies are amazing very professional. The reception staff are also very nice and helpful. Kareem form the animation team is very friendly and approachable. Most staff in the hotel speak English.

A great resort for a family holiday. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Great entertainment for the kids, kept them busy all day. Good variety of food in the restaurants and always well cooked. Would definitely recommend. Great location.

All job is fall down, my daughter had sever eye trauma during playing g at aqua Park, and no medical care at all or help, calling reception or PR , no hp except after several calling ad finally went to reception to find a solution they refer us to private General practitioners, and need CT brain and orbit, and referral to ophthalmologist, but refused to give is any referral letter.
Nema bay hotel and resort is my second home i always feel with agreat happiness with my family and the high great staff treatment to us mixed with a great service every where in the hotel start from the front office 2 the housekeeping great roomservice good restuarants over good food and good service very helful staff in the bars every where in the hotel , i would like 2 thank all the people there specially the G.M and the F.B manager and the front office manager and all the helfull staff every where in the hotel.
Rooms r very good standard with a great views.
The location is a magic one with a great view
