I would say don't waste your time and money on this joke called fantasia. It's awful !! The play is bad bad bad !! People there are of very low standards. I ordered shisha and fresh juice, the juice was ok but the shisha is terrible and it takes forever ! The shops are bad too the place is extremely crowded. I couldn't stay longer than an hour !

This is a very good place for a night with friends or family. You will enjoy the billy dance show and other varieties without overpay. The decoration is also amazing. The quality of food and drinks is not always good.

Well, I went there with my family for a change in Sharm activities. The decoration and the background music overwhelmed me. It was truly terrifically designed like a castle surrounded by water. The interior of the castle is indeed breathtaking..a perfect place to take unique pictures. There is a new impressive picture idea you could take at every corner of the place. The halls were lavishly designed with amazingly painted portraits of the traditional story and with furniture of historical era..simply astonishing. The entrance, exits, middle halls (Alaadin Hall, Ali Baba hall) and the bathroom were royally designed and I would give the place 5 stars for that.

Coming to the part of the show, well the first 15 minutes were the best part of the show (Sound and Light) where a glimpse of ancient Egyptian history is being followed..that was majestically impressive that lets you ponder over history. This followed by exciting horse acrobatics where the horse men carry the flags of several countries from time to time.

The next part of the show was not exciting at least to me. It was crowded at the space where the shops existed and the shows consisted of a typical female belly dancer and a male belly dancer called Mero. The belly dance show was so typical to me and boring as watching grass grow, but it was new to some foreigners who were impressed by such traditional art. The snake show wasn't exciting at all to me but the acrobatics before that caught my attention for some time. Unfortunately, that less exciting part of the show lasted for most of the time (nearly 2 hours), which is why I removed the last star from the experience. There were very interesting shops there selling a variety of unique stuff and souvenirs. Shops were clean but a bit pricey..but the one of the papyrus shops (there were two) had very characteristic papyrus artwork for home use. Despite that the traditional papyrus artwork there was worth looking, that shop had something extra. It sold papyrus which a picture in the light and changes into a different picture in the dark..that idea was a bit out of the box to me!!

We dined that day at the hotel so I didn't try food there..so can't judge its quality..but the wide variety of food available caught my attention, there was something that suited everyone (vegans, children, healthy eaters etc).

Overall it is a must try experience, and people come with different opinions out of the place. It would be a great loss if you come to Sharm and don't see that place.
