My husband and I made our 3rd visit to celebrate my big birthday returning in May. Great to see same staff from previous visits and everyone very welcoming. My darling (Pina Colada) in the Sky Bar and his work colleague always smiling also Wow bar staff and DJ. Not forgetting Mohamed and Mostafa in the Milennium Bar who served our special cappuccino after lunch. Every member of staff inside and outside the restaurants deserve special thanks, diligent and helpful at all times.
A special thank you to the Dynamic Trio in the Lobby Bar, Ahmed, Mohamed & Khaled who sang Happy Birthday and presented me with candle lit cakes. Hard working, entertaining and we have never laughed so much. Trying to teach us Arabic was not an easy task.
We both had spa treatments and the masseurs were wonderful. Welcomed by a very nice receptionist. Great to meet the charming Atia again always had a story to tell!!
Used the sunbeds at the pool nearest the beach. Our drinks were served by Mohamed (Habibi) who never allowed us to go thirsty.
A special mention to Ahmed who kept the restaurant clean and tidy with a wonderful smile.

Amazing service and very friendly staff, the hotel environment is good for families and teenagers too, the food was amazing and hygienic.
My kid was very happy and enjoyed the play area at swimming pool.
The room was clean and the room service staff were too kind.
