Ok this is as fair as I can be about this hotel the positives are :
Good location not to far in a taxi to hurgada town and only cost a couple of pounds .
The family room was very good in size and cleaned daily and fresh towels daily, unfortunately that is where the positives end.
We arrived about 10 pm and had hoped to grab a little bite to eat when we got there, we got told that they would sort something for us, walking into the main dining hall was so disgusting the smell and half eaten food left everywhere and filthy water on the floor where they were moping up was enough to turn us off completely, so off to McDonald's we went.
As you may have read there was definitely a problem with the pool me and my son both got sores on our skin I believe this is due to the chemicals being thrown in by buckets late at night ( no measurements) that caused this. I also think it is very unhygienic that people can swim in the pool with jeans and full non swimming attire on.
As for the wifi what wifi didn't work anywhere.
The showers in room were awful dirty with mould and freezing cold or scolding hot.
Sun loungers were a joke I would say 69% were broken.
As for breakfast what a joke never any butter not that u can get toast even after putting bread through 6 times, ketchup and napkins never could be found .
I can honestly say we only ate lunch a few times at this hotel and that was pizza or chip butty as everything else wasn't edible.
Most breakfast we went to a place called the Granada cafe about 15 minutes away costing about £5 each .
We didn't eat dinner here at all in two weeks as there are many good restaurants around hurgada especially in el gouna which is an amazing place.
Lastly most people who worked at the hotel were very friendly especially kallid the taxi driver for the hotel he was a fantastic man and so helpful, also very good snorkelling I spent an hour everyday snorkelling and I saw so many different fish even clown fish so for that alone I would give this hotel 1 star !

Well this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.. Hotel is pretty clean and the staff were really helpful seeing we needed to speak to them over having to fight for meals from so many Egyptians. Not that the food was any good but when all inclusive you don't have much choice. Had to phone McDonald's every night just to eat.. If it wasn't for the staff especially Marco on reception we would have had a horrible 2 weeks. There's nothing near bar ie shops restaurants so it's taxis everywhere.. And what ever they was cleaning the pool with gave all the kids a rash was told by the on site doctor it was an allergy from the sun which then cost a fortune for creams which did help until they went back in the pool again .. I won't be returning again to this hotel for sure......

We were at this hotel in February for 1 week. The wifi working terrible, at the reception personal of the hotel gave us 5! different passwords for the wifi. Cleaning in numbers is bad, in the first day I found in our bed long dark hair. The only one good thing in this hotel is a breakfast.

I stayed here as a Solo traveller.

The room was lovely with a balcony looking out over the pool and the Ocean.

All the Staff were amazing. They treated me like a queen. Nothing was too much for them. Always up for a laugh and a joke and making me feel comfortable. Very attentive. If you have time talk to them. They are very eager to practice their english as they often don't get a chance to. Be aware that their trading techniques are different to ours so some may seem the traders as pushy. Don't be disheartened. Be firm and say "la, shukraan!" (No Thank You!).

At the Hotel they have in house activity centres - if you don't fancy scouting places out.
Their Spa is very, very, very, very basic and you could get the same treatments else where for a better price. However the lady that gave me a massage was very good.

The Aqua Centre, on the beach, offers activities from snorkeling to trips in a glass boats. They also have contacts for things like parasailing. Or you can stay at the hotel hire Fins and a Mask and check out the sea life in the bay or try your hand at windsurfing!

The Dive Centre offers many trips from beginner divers to intermediate divers. I did two half day trips; two dives and lunch on the Red Sea. It was delightful. Beautiful family unit and great teachers for both adult and kids.

The Animation team are a ball of energy. Always offering kids activities and family entertainment during the day and the evening. My only pick is that there was a lack of english songs in the karaoke list!

To begin with I didn't really like the food. Too much salt. But it got better over time and the busier the hotel got the better the selection. The chefs and restaurant team were flawless and i looked forward to seeing their faces at meal times.

Their main clientele are Eastern European. So they catered to mainly them when it came to entertainment (see the karaoke comment) and announcements and maybe the earlier food selection. Although i cant really fault them on that too much as i was the only english guest there for the first couple of days. They soon rectified this and are more aware of the guests that come to the hotel. The beach is small which is fine but there are flys that bite and that put me off spending days on the beach. Instead i organised a trip to some of the islands.

This is defiantly for non snobbish people. Its a budget holiday, one of the smaller resorts, but offers a great service with a big heart.

I will return one day! :)

Spent 10 days at this hotel and in total only 7 brits. Hassled constantly by the shop keepers within the main hotel building. Food was not good. Had to ask for butter at breakfast and dinner and none available at the beach restaurant lunchtimes. Best meal was mcdonalds. Pool and beach nice but don't think it could cope in the high season.
Not a lot around the hotel.

th season. Only 2 bars open within the complex.
