This little museum is the work of Ben and his small group of museumsupporters. You get a guided tour by Ben himself for 3 USD pp.. He knows everything about whales. The exhibition is skeletons and pickled baby whales. This is a must in Salinas after or before you go whale watching.

Very interesting to go see this small museum but the owner is most passionate about whales and a wealth of information.

The place is far too small to show everything they could show but the enthousiasm of Ben Haase makes you become interested even if you started without. Good exhibition and lots of facts to be learned.

Not your typical museum. No fancy displays. Just a passionate naturalist with enough bones and data and a willingness to share his stories and enthusiasm and to teach you more about whales than you ever thought possible. It's hands on..please touch experiencial visit. Coming originally from the Netherlands, Ben speaks excellent English.

The guide knows what he is talking about. The place is small, but volumes of information. A real treasure in a small package. We eight visitors loved it!
