Amenities is ok, the room is clean as they have cleaners to clean your room everyday. The only not satisfied thing is the wifi speed. As other travellers had said, it is best you buy your own mobile data or broadband from other operator than using the wifi in the room. It can take forever for loading youtube videos and slow browsing speed.

It's not the typical Sheraton or Hilton ..rooms are simple and clean.. and the restaurant shuts early...BUT the management and staff are so friendly and really go out of their way to make one feel at home. Lovely garden and swimming pool. When I checked out, everyone came to say goodbye and there is a feeling of personal attachment.

Simply the best in Dili.

Room Tip: choose upper floor

This place was good enough for overnight in this city. You can sleep as well as you can. This place located in the front of the beach of dili. Its good to hear the sound of the waves before sleeping.

Its about a hours from the airport of Dili to reach this place. You better try.

Three Days of Business Trip in Dili with this accommodation is acceptable. The value of money comparing another accommodation is good for your business trip. Not so expensive and also not giving you cheap quality.

Especially if you an Indonesian, the breakfast will suit with your taste.

My recommendation when you have business trip to this accommodation please bring your own mobile internet data (or you could buy local data card), because the internet wifi is very slow. Just ok for sending or receiving e-mail. Another thing is please arrange your transportation well since the venue is little bit far from business center in town. Nevertheless Dili is very small, it only take you 5-10 minutes to the central.

Last, please check whether your corporate could get corporate rate there.

It's tucked away at the western end of Portugal road (i.e. opposite end of the Christo Rei) and a short 2 minute walk to the seafront. If you wake up early enough and wander down to the beach front you can catch the sunrise over the Cristo Rei (Jesus Statue).

Given that Dili is not that big all places can be easily accessed from this hotel. No more that a $1 or $2 taxi ride to any city destination. There are several restaurants within walking distances (i.e. < 1KM) either way; or $1 taxi ride. I preferred the ones on the western end; quiet and simple; also the fish-on-a-stick stalls are about 500m from the hotel in that direction. On the eastern side on Portugal, Friday nights offer live music in some of these places. The restaurants on east of the hotel offer for the western pallet.

Hotel is a quiet place nestled in a large estate with a pool and garden area. The rooms are basic with and nothing ambient about it. Typical Chinese hotel with walls and minimal decoration. Bathrooms are simple shower with sink and commode. The price is quite reasonable for a clean room as such.

I also found out that the stand alone bungalow type rooms were $20 cheaper but served the same amenities as the hotel rooms minus the daily allowance of 2 water bottles and a telephone. Since I stayed there for 8 days after the first two days I moved to the cheaper rooms.

I few laps in the 20M long pool before a hearty Asian style breakfast was a delight.

Room Tip: All rooms are the same and have no view in particular.
