I chose Harrah's because i liked the location and I enjoy the LasVegas property.
* checkin kiosks worked and were very quick/easy!
*bellcaptains were great
*food was spectacular. We enjoyed breakfast at Tazza almost every day.
*off-strip location was preferable for my mom.
*checkin kiosks do not give you room options. I ended up with a smoking room..so needed to go to front desk anyway.
* virtually no housekeeping. The day before we left someone came in. I had to go to front desk for towels/washcloths/coffee/t.p.
*guestroom not vacuumed/swept/dusted.
* no info on jitney transportation. I went on Facebook to find out a jitney stop was right outside a rear door.
*could not exit parking garage with room key nor player's club card. Had to again visit front desk.
*No info on hotel amenities . We got a 1/4 sheet of paper at front desk describing restaurants. That's it.
Im sorry, Harrah's can do much better. I understand covid short-staffing, but people do not want to compromise when springing for an expensive vacation. More
