Lovely boutique hotel set in a natural environment with a nice pool, great rooms, excellent WIFI, and friendly staff. The rooms are sizeable and well designed with a Khmer flavor, the central area is very natural with trees, and the pool is reasonable for a small hotel of this size. Located on Airport road about 7 minutes from town and 10 minutes to the airport, the location is pretty good. Highly recommended if you like small, cozy, and intimate boutique hotels.

Room Tip: Lower floor more kid friendly

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. Conveniently located close enough to the city centre, yet far enough to be really quiet. The whole place is spotlessly clean without feeling sterile. On the contrary, this place feels like a home I'd love to have.
The suite I had was spacious, very tastefully decorated and had all amenities that I needed and that one would expect from a high end hotel. I fell in love with the bathroom and its huge bathtub.
Beautiful gardens with equally nice swimming pool. The daily breakfast alone is almost worth going there for on its own with freshly baked bread, and in particular artisanal jams made from local fruits and a nice selection of teas.
The staff were very friendly and immensely accommodating to my notoriously fickle needs.
My only complaint: My stay there was too short!

Would I stay there again? Reserve me a room right now please!
Would I recommend this place to other people? Absolutely!

Nice and quite place to stay, to easely visit the Angkor temples.
Staff attentive and helpful. The two managers speak French.
The swimming pool and its environment are very pleasant and relaxing.
This is not a luxary type of hotel, but it is very clean and quiet. All the rooms are very well located in a green (flowers, trees, ...) environment.

Room Tip: All rooms are well located and quiet

Definitely a nice feel but some irritating details that put it in the good rather than the great category.
On the plus side: the esthetics of the central pool and the use of wood in the room decoration, the very friendly staff, the reasonably priced meals, the spacious rooms and balconies.
On the minus side: the noise of the road and the air conditioning, the very inefficient shower (drop by drop). A mosquito net would have been welcome as would some sort of shutter or blind to protect the bathroom window from the unrelenting sun and some slightly more relaxing chairs on the balcony.
Overall charming and good value for money.
