This resort is close to to center of Siem Reap night life and markets so an ideal location. The service and attention here is amazing. The staff makes the hotel. Its a very nice property but every single one of the staff are amazingly attentive and personable. The hotel provides an excellent base to discover the many temples of Angkor Wat area and also Cambodian life and culture.
I will definitely return again.

Room Tip: Pool facing rooms are definitely nicer all with patio or balcony.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our 12 night Evergreen Mekong Discovery tour. This is definitely a little oasis in the midst of Siem Reap and is centrally located in town so not far to walk or catch a tuk tuk for a couple of dollars.

The room was spacious and well appointed with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was buffet style (limited choice), however you could also order from a small menu. Brewed tea and coffee available, but you could also order a decent Cap or Latte.

What really made our stay was the staff. Always helpful and friendly and they even knocked on our door after returning from a farewell dinner, with flowers and cake when they heard whispers we were celebrating a special occasion. There was even a card personally signed by all staff! We were gob smacked!

The pool was very welcome after a tour of Angkor Wat, however due to the heat and humidity it was more like a tepid bath but at the very least it was wet!!

Definitely recommended.

We stayed here for four nights and I doubt you will find anywhere as good any where. The service was beyond compare with staff more then happy to do anything to make your stay perfect and nothing is left undone. We had a problem with electric charger and the staff took us by Tuk Tuk to the local store and rectified the problem without a second thought. The restaurant food is really yummy and a good variety and you can just sit leisurely round the pool and you are always looked after with fresh towels, drinks etc. a great spot to stay

We spent 3 nights here in September 2016 . Beautiful hotel with lovely helpful staff . The restaurant was top class and the spa also . The hotel supports development through its Foundation which is great . The experience of Siem Reap was so positive . Great tourist infrastructure .

From the moment you walk in the front entrance, you will always encounter a smiling face and a warm "hello" from every employee at the Shinta Mani. There seems to be one staff member for every guest so that is a lot of smiles!

Our room was large enough for two of us to be comfortable but most importantly, clean with an effective, quiet air conditioner. In a country such as Cambodia, air conditioning is a must for comfort for those of us residing in more temperate climates.

A mini fridge with refreshments (for purchase), flat screen TV, and safe were in the room. Each room also has a balcony facing inwards to the pool at the center of the property.

The pool was surrounded by chaise loungers and large enough to swim laps. The pool was a excellent way to beat the heat midday. We found surprisingly few mosquitoes on the property, a nice plus in a tropical environment.

We ate several times at the Bai Tong for both breakfast and lunch. We were never disappointed with our meal.

Room Tip: The balconies are smallest on the 3rd floor of the main bld. If you want a big balcony, avoid that floor.
