Awful. Horrible accommodation , horrendous food, unpleasant staff.
Hotell is run down, dirty and nothing works. Shades all broken hanging off the ceiling. A/C the worst. Breakfast room is set up like a military doiining room. Eggs are cracked open hours before cooking ( eggs once opened should be cooked immediately after or they lose all protein) . Crowds of Chincese groups pushing, shoving in front fo teh cue and touching the food. Flies everywhere. Stay away.
There are far too many great hotels in this city to settle for this . Never again

Room Tip: Do not stay here. Avloid it at all costs

Loved the location! Just a short tuk tuk ride to the night market. The hotel features a large lovely pool, but the best thing about this hotel is the courteous staff. Large lobby area with a bar just in back that serves food. Big, busy breakfast room serves all types of food. Enjoyed the in-room safe and minibar. Felt very safe and comfortable here.

I met many friendly employees at the hotel. One in particular, Yann Chheab was very helpful. I ordered two robes from the desk with him and when I went to the room they were already there. Yann Chheab also gave my a book about the history of the temples. He explained some of the history of Cambodia and spoke wonderful English. I was very impressed with his personality and hospitality. I would highly recommend a promotion for a man of his nature.

Room Tip: Mine was on the second floor #373

First impression is very disappointing once you walked into the lobby. The stuffy, old damp smell really put us off upon check in.

It was very kind they upgraded us for our 7-night stay. The bed is very comfortable, a large range of pillow choices is a big thumbs up. Amenities were good but the punching damp smell only went away(ish) after long hours on high air conditioning unit on...

The odour is so bad in the gymnasium (think they save energy for not putting ac or dehumidifier on) that you thought you were in an abandoned old house. Spa is not so bad and luckily okay at the restaurants.

Very rundown condition throughout the hotel. Carpet stains, rusty corners at shower, broken tiles at staircases...

Restaurant staffs were very polite and trying very hard to please the customers. However the food quality is below a 4/5 star hotel standard. They have 4 restaurants and we tried 3, plus room service. The main cafe Lotus was actually ok. Nice breakfast buffet. A la Carte lunch was enjoyable as well. Japanese restaurant was ok, nice sashimi & sushi except the quality of the Waygu steak is poor. Had wine and ice cream for room service. No complain for the imported wine but the coconut and chocolate ice cream were flavourless . Their French was really bad. My husband had to send the cold mushroom soup back and couldn’t finish the toughest lamb chop. Even Waiter A came and asked if the lamb chop was “tough” by the look that my husband had to leave 1/3 of the dish untouched. Then Waiter B came and asked how we felt about the meal so we were honest with the feedback to tell him the lamb chop was very tough but interestingly he said “but you are okay with that Sir?” We were stunned with the dialogue...

If you ask me where is the highlight in the entire hotel... I’d say the pool area. Large pool with loads of sun beds and loungers. Staff were nice and efficient there.

Would I recommend this hotel...? The answer is no... not till the upgrade the conditions and refresh their facilities.

It's big with a grand lobby, spacious bar/lounge and pool area. Very relaxiing by the pool with the waterfall. It's the first 5 star hotel in Siem Reap, so it's a bit older, but the rooms are huge and the facilities very good. Great breakfast buffet and top notch 5 star service (for Asia).

Many tour groups stay here, but once they all leave at 8 am, you have the hotel to yourself. It never feels crowded.
