Nice views and interesting stones at the top.
The Inca aspect is practically non existent.
Climb is moderate.
I did this and the other hill - calvario - I'd say they're both about as good as each other. This one is more relaxing at the top and you get to see the town and the lake in one view

We made the stairs uphill and got satisfied with a nice, clean and calm spot over Copacabana.
In general you need to pay 10bs (less than 1,5€) to get up.
Stairs were a little bit exhausting as we just came back from the jungle to these heights two days ago.

We had some time before we had to leave the area and we looked for things to do. We found this on TripAdvisor and thought we would check it out. It was one of the best things we did. Unlike other areas which are very crowded we were the only ones in the whole park going up and coming back. Indeed, take a picnic basket with you, lay it out and survey the entire city from this high point in the area. Trails are clearly marked. If you are afraid of heights there are a couple places that might bother you, but for most this offers a quiet way to see the city. There is a small charge to get in (or in our case, get out), so bring a few Bolivianos with you. I think it was 10 per person, but I don't remember. It is a short walk to the church from here, so if you do one, you can easily do the other.

Unlike the Cerro Calvario, the Horca del Inca is a very quiet place to watch the sunset. The top of the mountain is very easily accessible, as the stairs only take you until halfway. If I had to choose between the Cerro and this place, I would definitely go to this one, as you see the sun drop over the city.

August is festival time in Copacabana, with visitors from all over Bolivia and Peru. The walk up Cerro Calvario was packed with throngs of people, so my husband and I chose to walk up to Horca del Inca instead. We thoroughly enjoyed the views of the lake, Copacabana and the countryside beyond. We only saw 4 other people the whole walk - one was the ticket collector. Look out for the two holes in the rocks behind the horca - they're for the light of the sun and the moon. Walk was about 45 mins. Rubbish and graffiti were the only downside.
