Owner description: Dubai Frame is the most recent landmark added value to Dubai traditional and luxurious heritage. The project comprises a 150-metre-high, 93-metre-wide structure being built to resemble a huge picture frame, through which landmarks representing modern Dubai such as Emirates Towers and Burj Khalifa can be seen on one side, while from the other side, visitors can view older parts of the city such as Deira, Umm Harare and Karama. Exterior design of Dubai Frame was inspired from the logo of Expo 2020. The past, present and the future of Dubai: witness three dimensions in one destination! Visited the place few weeks back. Worth visiting. Charge 50 AED. Explains more about Dubai. Interactive items at the top of the frame. Excellent hospitality by the staff from the ticket counter till the end.

First - go early as it’s a long and hot trek from the ticket area to the entrance.
I’m not sure why this attraction even exists! It’s almost like they had an “idea” and then tried to fill it up with worthless junk to see and do.
The maintenance is shockingly bad. The outside is chipped in places, the area around the fountain is already coming apart - and on the ride up and down you can see the dirt and filth on the inside ledges of the elevator shafts. Don’t they EVER clean this area?
Staff was very friendly.
Gift shop was absolutely worthless with very few items. The shirts and caps for sale are of the lowest possible quality.
This is NOT a quality attraction we’re used to seeing in Dubai.

In january 2018 the Frame was inaugurated and I visted there on February. My visit to the Frame and Burj Khalifa were on the same day. In the morning I went to the Burj and in the noon I went to the frame. Both the place are sky high and with different prices and experience.
The entry rate is 50 AED for adult(basically 1 hour). Need to wait for the entry in a queue if the occupancy is high. The lift experience is so cool that we can feel the climb with the open glass view of Dubai. At the top we can see a hallway(top portion of the frame) with glass base in intermediate spaces. We are free to walk around. The frame signifies the view of Old Dubai and New Dubai on either side. Thus its called the frame. Through the glass base we can see the bottom of the frame and it is so cool. At the other end the security leads us to the lift to move to a Virtual Reality(VR) space just downstairs. In here we get the VR view it shows the future plans of Dubai. And after the 3-5mins show we take the elevator to the ground and its done.

There is a park near to it named Zabeel park which is good for leisure and picnic. The Frame is an easy place to reach and a good experience.
