I normally think twice before getting a haircut in Dubai as hairdressers tend to love chopping off a lot of hair, even more than what you would normally want.

My experience with Leo was amazing. Not only did he cut the perfect length but he also added some volume to my thin hair.He has a lovely attitude and happy personality that makes you really enjoy the experience!

Definitely recommend :)

The hotel we booked is a bit old. Much therefore has to be renovated or renewed. The owner is building a much larger hotel complex a few meters away from the building, i.e. directly next to the existing hotel, so guests will have to endure a lot of construction noise in 2021 as well. The six most beautiful and most expensive rooms (superior suites) face the construction site, which is in operation 24 hours a day. A written request about the location of the above booked room category was not answered by the hotel. When booking the suite by telephone, the call center was unable to provide any information about the location of the room. The hotel was overbooked at the end of the year. Minimum distances due to Corona were not possible at all, you had to queue everywhere. The crowd at the breakfast buffet was not controlled by the management. The service was hopeless overwhelmed

Great hotel to stay in for sure the security and pool staff made my stay honestly and are all very pleasant ammir was also great anything I needed he was always there for me and like wise of all the security in white shirts they were excellent pool staff made my very relaxing

Great experience indeed.. they have a very good variety of food from the breakfast buffet. Selection of cereals and infused honey, arabic hot and cold mezze, antipasti, flavored yogurts, a live cooking station for eggs, hot dimsums, and the freshly baked breads and pastries. I recommend to come as early as 7am have a hassle free breakfast experience. They almost have everything for everyone. The view from the pool is terrific. They also do disinfection after each and every use of sun beds..

The hotel was lovely to look at but we was very disappointed with the service from most staff members until we met the security guard Atif, a young man that made our holiday. He went above and beyond to advise me on the best way to ask my Mrs to marry me. He arranged a red carpet for my Mrs to walk down, a three course meal with wine surrounded by the beautiful views of The Marina.

Thank you Atif you really made our holiday and I will never forget you.
