I chose this hotel without any expectations. Honestly, he surprised me. Hotel as a hotel, average. But, the service. We chose the all-inclusive service and the food was fantastic. We were with a 1-year-old baby and everything was great for him. The beach is OK, in the period we were there, it was not crowded at all, the water was even suitable for swimming. Rooms are cleaned every day, new towels also every day. Foods are labeled for allergens, so you can easily avoid any discomfort.

Hotel right on pebbly beach, lovely quiet location, room had 2 bedrooms and door between hallway and bedroom, heard no external noise, plenty of food at all meals, constantly being replenished, free wine, beers and soft drinks, also local spirits so free g&t too, no problems at all, plenty of sun beds, great stay and lovely weather away from expensive Zadar old town

I have been travelling around the world for many years and I can honestly say I've never stayed at such a bad hotel. The receptionists were not welcoming at all. Once we had viewed our room I asked if we could move rooms, the receptionist was very rude and stated there were no other rooms available and they were all the same. The only solution was to check out. I did look for room in the hotels close by but they were all full. The food was only just palatable and my husband was sick for the 3 nights we were there. The bar staff were very surly and always arguing which nearly resulted in a fight in full view of customers. Never saw any managers present to refer any complaints to. The hotel needs demolishing and starting again
