This popular accommodation only had 2 rooms left for our dates. Luckily one of them had fantastic views of Lapad Bay. We were delighted to discover tea-making facilities were provided and topped up daily. Rooms were very comfortable and we had a spacious balcony. The pool was excellent and private. It is a pity we could not book an apartment to do self-catering. It was a long walk down 205 steps to the supermarket and an arduous walk back up, also to visit the restaurants at beach level but after 4 days we were a lot fitter! Guests and owners were very friendly. The owner even came to find us after we got hopelessly lost trying to find the property from the bus stop in Lapad. We suggest you get a taxi if you are carrying heavy luggage! The rooms offered good value for money and Villa Boro is a good option if you don't want to stay in Dubrovnik itself. There are lots of restaurants in Lapad, some lovely walks nearby and a good bus service into the city.

Room Tip: Superior rooms have a balcony and view of the bay. There are plenty of seating areas outside if you go for a standard room.

Found this place on Booking.com and so pleased!
Lovely and clean and a great position to explore all of Dubrovnik.
Lots of steps , but that’s Dubrovnik !
Also added bonus of a small pool.
Great service from the lady who owns the place very helpful .

Stayed for 4 nights. Matija was great, she met us with a welcome drink, gave us some great tips. There are plenty of steps so no great if you are unit good on your feet. We enjoy walking so the location was great for us. Near to a costal walk to the harour, about 35 - 40 minutes from the old Town. A few minutes from a bus stop. Get the ATLAS coach (70 Kuna ruturn) from the airport, take the number 6 Bus (15 kuna) to Lapad bust station and its a short walk. or its about 350 Kuna for a Taxi from the airport. When you return, you can catch the return ATLAS coach at the bus stop near the Grawe building (about 22 minutes walk from the apartment). We arrived early and had a coffee and breakfast at BOBIS in Tommys around the corner from the bust stop.

Room Tip: Bay views are a must

I visited Dubrovnik for a private event and decided to stay at this villa because of my friends recommendation. I've stayed for 4 days. If you need to stay closer to the old town you need to take a 10 min ride with a bus or uber. The apartment was very clean with tiny shower and washroom. A nice surprise was the fact that the room got cleaned on a daily basis and I received new towels every day. The room had everything you need for a short stay. A very nice addition was the amazing view to the sea.

One thing to take into account is that if you don't rent a car it's pretty steep climb from a bus station, nice exercise.

The only small suggestion I have is for reception/owners ask less nosy questions on check in; apparently I am not the only one who felt the same, but maybe it's a local cultural thing.

Is a bit away from the Old Town but bus stop is close by & service is very regular.
Apartments are fresh, clean & modern. Very nice welcome with a drink & information about the area. Stunning view from balcony.
Steep walk up quite a few steps but was not an issue for us as it meant we got that great view.
Description said there was a hot tub but never saw it, nice little pool though.
Highly recommend these apartments.
