This condo was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, well appointed and had all of the amenities of home. There is a grocery store and movie theatre right in the building, an elevator to access the suite, and restaurants and shopping close by. It is just a short walk to the beach. Also, importantly, this location is away from the noise and busy crowds of Old Town. It is in a quiet area and you don't have vendors trying to sell you things down each street. Access to Old Town by one bus that stops right outside of the building, and is about a 15 minute ride for 15 kuna each way. The bus runs every 20 minutes.
The best part of this location is the Owner and staff. They were fantastic in helping us to arrange tours, letting us know how to get places and how to travel, and even in helping to arrange a rental car. They really go above and beyond for their guests.
I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking to travel to Dubrovnik.

We booked this apartment for 19 nights, the flat is in a new complex of flats and shopping, the shopping seems to have failed with lots of empty units ( a shame ) however there is a medium sized supermarket which will hopefully succeed and a cinema.
One do the main requirements was that there was off road parking for our pride and joy that we had driven down from the UK, to our surprise there is a huge underground garage with allocated spaces brilliant!
The complex is a five minute walk to the beach.
The flat itself in our opinion is badly conceived and designed, there are two medium size bedrooms on the quite side overlooking roof garden and a part sea view, but only one bathroom! Not too practical for a holiday let which sleeps six, fortunately there was only two of us for half the time so not such a problem.. The lounge dining kitchen is huge , some of this space should gave been used in creating a second bathroom? The lounge balcony overlooks the main road to the beach and hotels therefore it is subject to a lot of road noise, particularly at night when the boy racers on very noisy motorbikes and cars race up and down trying to impress! We also experienced quite a lot of noise from the flat above.
The size of the lounge / diner / kitchen had a built in echo effect, for example if watching the BBC news the sound echoed around to an extent of being difficult the follow ( anyway who watches TV on holiday ) The solution could be adding more soft furnishings such as net curtains which would also soften the general harshness of the apartment, also more crockery and cutlery would be a bonus.
The owner Mubera is very enthusiastic and quickly solves and problems that occur.
