We found it was clean, and the beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and about a 15 minute walk to the old city. It was very busy so coming from smaller hotels it felt corporate. The pool unfortunately loses the sun early so can't sunbath in afternoon. Our room at the front of the hotel was quite noisy from the traffic.
Buffet breakfast was large and a good range of food.

Stayed here 31/8/2016 for 10 days, in an executive double room, which was well worth paying the extra for. Room really spacious with a bed that was extremely comfortable and probably the biggest bed we have ever seen.
Our room overlooked the pool. The pool is enclosed by the hotel but that worked well because you could choose shade or sun depending on the time of day.
Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
We stayed half board and mostly the food was good although at times was repetitive indicative of a three star hotel, however the general feel of the hotel was four star.
The hotel is not in the prettiest location but is well positioned for walking into the old town (20 minutes) or a similar distance to Lapad in the opposite direction. Also served by a really good bus service if walking isn't your style.
I fell in love with Dubrovnik and would recommend both the hotel and Dubrovnik.

Room tip: Ask for executive room they have a balcony and overlook the pool

How lovely to walk into your hotel room that smells fresh and clean. In fact the whole hotel was fresh and clean. The staff were always happy, smiling and keen to help. It was more of a business style hotel, rather than beach/poolside so don't expect to want to stay in the hotel all day.
Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, the crispy bacon could have been a touch more crispy though! We had one dinner in the hotel as it was stormy outside - ok. Not too expensive.

Stayed one week in Hotel Lero. We were four friends and had a family room to share. Room was spacious, toilet and shower were separate. Only minus was that toilet didn't have a sink, only toilet seat.

The room was cleaned every day, breakfast was delicious and air condition worked very well. Wifi worked fine in other bedroom but was a bit slower in other.

Hotel offered many kinds of services, for example airport transfer, which was a bit more expensive than a taxi, but felt luxurious to have a own chauffeur waiting for us when we arrived to the airport.

Neaby were bus stops and local bus costed only ~1,7 euros (12 kuna). Buses to Old City and for example Lapad (one of the beaches) went in every 15 minutes, if you prefer to take a bus instead of walking.

Nearest beach was Bellevue Beach which was one of the most beautiful you can imagine. It took only 5-10 minutes to walk there down the street and stairs from hotel.
