Doria took us on a day tour to Sarajevo and Mostar. It was a long day, but Baldo expertly drove and guided us through Herzegovina and the beautiful Bosnian mountains to the two fabulous cities. The war, unfortunately, has left deep scars, but the Bosnian people were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this tour to anyone staying in Dubrovnik, especially if you want to avoid the hordes (and heat) of the tourist season in Dubrovnik.

Thank Jody F

Sarajevo Tour

We decided to go with the full day tour to Sarajevo.

Filip was our guide and he was one of the best guides we ever had. Filip was very enthusiastic and a tremendous asset to understanding every point along the trip.

Dont let the long day fool you. But, if you want to learn and see an entire different culture and experience along with numerous photo opportunities, Dubrovnik Day Tours is your answer.

Bosnia Hercegovina was a country we heard alot about but were curious what it had to offer. From the picturesque drive up the coast and then into the lush hills and valleys to the city of Sarajevo, our experience and memories will last a lifetime.

The guide in Sarajevo named Haris was outstanding. The walking tour began overlooking the city and then through the pedestrian streets of Sarajevo.

If your itinerary comes down to a free day and you plan to see Dubrovnik, consider Dubrovnik Day Tours to Sarajevo. You will see, experience and feel an entire culture of which you never have felt and for us was one of the highlights of our honeymoon trip to Croatia.

Many thanks to Josip for being available for questions, Filip (what can you say) the guy is amazing and Haris our guide in Sarajevo.

All the best,

Stjepan was terrific. very informative about the Old City of Dubrovnik
I must say Goran was a little dull. He also needed to be aware of his body cleanliness. And whilst smoking is acceptable in Croatia I feel that he needn't have smoked just before meeting us. His part of the tour was a little uninteresting. He spent a long car ride in silence, whereas it would've been interesting to hear some interesting facts about Dubrovnik. I would have liked to been asked what we prefer to see, and hear about.

Did the day tour from Dubrovnik to Mostar via the Kravice waterfalls. Nice day. Guide (Goran ?) was great and nice to chat with.....all day ! Mostar was extremely crowded, but that is to be expected at this time of the year. Very informative trip. Border crossings were easy. Definitely recommend doing this trip.

Excellent experience. I reached out via email to Dubrovnik Day tours based on previous reviews and the ability to create custom itineraries. We were staying in Dubrovnik for a few days and wanted to explore Montenegro. Our guide Baldo was very personable and knowledgeable from the start. He provided us a thorough explanation of the complex Homeland war as well as a wonderful look into Croatian and Montenegro history. As this was a private tour Baldo always checked with us to make sure we were interested in the next stop and that we were comfortable in the van. It also seemed that wherever we went Baldo had friends, from border guards, to local officials, to workers at the various tourist sites, this provided an even more friendly and interesting atmosphere. We were able to stop in a small village in Montenergro for coffee and to see the locals before heading to the much more touristy Kotor. We had a local guide provide us a history of the old city of Kotor and then we headed to the Lady of the Rocks which is certainly worth the small fee to visit. The views were amazing. All in all we had a wonderful day with Baldo visiting Montenegro and learning quite a bit about the country. I would highly recommend taking a tour with this company.
