This is a beautiful large creation before you enter the old town. It was impressive to see the size and the shiny copper coming through where one rubs for good luck.

This is an amazing statue, made out of bronze I think. Just about everyone rubs his toe for good luck so the toe is very shiny while the rest of him as tarnished.

This is a big statue near the ruins of Diocletian's palace of Gregory, Bishop of Nin, who was instrumental in introducing church services in the language of the country which was very influential in spreading the Christian faith in Croatia.

Rub his big Toe and you will be lucky. All the People do it and his Toe is allready golden and shiny. The Statue is at the north Gate of the Walls.

Use to stand inside the Palace walls but was removed and now stands near the entrance of the Diocletian's Palace. You will notice that there is oxidization on his toes from visitors rubbing his feet for good luck.
