Hotel is situated by the sea, room is very spacious and beautifully furnished. There's a big modern bathroom. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast room is nicely designed and food choice is ample and delicious.

Cannot fault this hotel simply stunning great spa facilities great swimming pools indoor and outdoor stunning views great location will definitely be back would highly recommend. Excellent service and breakfast fantastic selection could do wth another machine to make toast

A very large, very modern hotel away from the historic district and away from the ferries, train, and bus. An excellent business hotel with a spa, multiple restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride to the tourism areas or business/ financial areas. While it claims to have a beach access on the Mediterranean, which it does, it is a long walk down many flights of stairs.. so for those who cannot easily manage, it is difficult at best. The hotel knows that it needs to have some sort of little holfcart/jitney shuttle service to the beach but is not yet doing that. The outdoor pool is shallow and large enough with a great deal of seating areas around it.. they must chill it because it is bracingly cool and in the sun, so shallow, there's no other way for that water to stay that cool in summer. Poolside service is professional and very frequent.
We wanted to eat in a very special restaurant in Split but, it was closed for a wedding. The Concierge was incredibly helpful and got us into our second choice, in the marina,on the waterfront, fir a fabulous dinner.
We were there for one night in order to get on the ferry to go over to Ancona, Italy. A shortcoming of the hotel is that you must check out between noon and 2pm, depending on regular or late check out but you cannot get to the ferry until about 5 or 6m, and the hotel does not have a day room accommodation. We suggested that they consider setting aside one or two for people like us, but they didn't seem eager to accommodate other ferry travelers like us.
The color scheme is interesting - ours, on the 6th floor, and our friends on the 3rd floor were blue and purple in hue, including the tiles, (another floor was green), but other than that the rooms are well-appointed with a good selection of pillows and really very quiet, all things considered.
Breakfast is included and is in The Fig Tree restaurant, indoor or outdoor weather permitting. With the biggest selection of hot and cold choices, fruits and juices, breads and pastries, eggs pancakes, hot cereals...hard ot beat!
While a bit large, that means it has a great number of services including a very good spa.
Definitely worth going to.

It was a pleasure to read that we met most of your expectations. Thank you for recommending us and sharing some suggestions regarding our beach.
Our pool has normal depth and we are not chilling it. We need our customers to vacate their rooms on the departure date at 12noon, because we need to clean them for the arriving guests. Therefore we can not make exceptions for ferry travelers in high season.
