With my wife and our one year old baby, we spent 4 nights at Ivica's flat.
The appartment itself is of good size, clean and well equipped. The location is great though it takes some efforts to climb the hill but it has a very nice view of the town and the nearby islands. in a couple of minutes you are in the old quarter "vela varos" where you can find plenty of nice restaurant and a few minutes more and you are in the palace.
Ivica was very welcoming and got us a foldable babycot which prevented us from bringing it from France...
the only critic I could add is that in august, the flat is very hot if you do'nt like air conditioning and could have benefited from a real outside area but appart from these, it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view on the sea, the marina and glimpses of the Palace. Perfectly located: 10-minutes walk downhill to the center, free on-street parking. Climb the mountain with the footpaths behind the house and reach 5 minutes later the best panorama of Split.
Ivica (the owner) was very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean, the kitchen is fully equipped.
The shower is the most uncomfortable though: no shower-head, small curtain, low inclined ceiling. Towels were not provided.
Our biggest disappointment is with the wifi signal that did not reach the apartment.
We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is really confortable, clean and functional. The view of the sea and the city is amazing. We felt very well the 5 days we stayed there. It´s really close, 10 minutes walking from the turistic center.
The owners were nice and we would stay there again in another trip to Split.

This apartment has a lot to offer. It view is perfect!! you can see the harbor and watch the ships coming and leaving. The view is Amazing. truly amazing. location is pretty good, only 5 to 10 mins walk to the old centre. the apartment is on a hill, so it's a nice stroll.
the apartment is well equipped. with a washing machine, oven etc... it's great for a short & long term stay. Parking is convenient, there are spots right in front of the home.
Highly recommended!!
