“Great Atmosphere Delicious Food”
Review of Siroco

Siroco
Ranked #179 of 1 250 Restaurants in Panama City
Price range: US$8 - US$22
Description: A story created from culture, generations and conceptions that determine the enjoyment of all those who want to try it. Siroco's cuisine maintains the balance between products and products, and delves into the flavors of Panama's pantry, as a starting concept. Seasonal fish and vegetables are the most prominent dishes of a menu that also has references of meats. A dynamic cuisine in constant evolution, contemporary, progressive and free, with a Mediterranean influence and with great prominence of Panamanian cuisine. A unique gastronomic experience, which can be enjoyed in its à la carte menu. SIROCO, where the kitchen is the surprise, and the viewer the protagonist.

I love the old stone and the arches in the main dining area, it feels like an ancient amphitheater. The drinks are great, service really kind and the food was very tasty. I had a salmon with basil tomato sauce and roasted veggies. Yum! I love hanging out there just having some wine. There is always something artistic happening in that venue. I recommend it for lunch and dinner. Great ambiance!

A different place, the atmosphere, decoration is different, I like it, and also what we ordered, it was the proper place to enjoy with friends.

I ordered their four seasons pizza and it was very good. The staff were very attentive. They have a guitar player who was great. The building and the way they designed it is very interesting. My only real complaint is that the upstairs is for smokers. Even tho they have fans blowing downstairs I can still smell some of the smoke.I am sorry to say but if a restaurant allows smoke maybe the owner does not care for his workers. Everyone knows second hand smoke kills. Anyway it was a good pizza. They do stay open to 12:00 a.m.

The venue was pretty, the waitress was pleasant and tried really hard but the food was horrible and the wine was spoilt, they had a hard time understanding that it wasn’t that we didn’t like the wine but it was no good. Even our mixed cocktails they couldn’t get right

I cannot understand for a moment any of the reviews that were less than excellent for this little gem in casco viejo. The kitchen is where the magic happens in this place. Tuna tar tar was to die for. The salmon risotto was worth the flight to get here! Live sax player while we dined was a nice touch. Perfectly braised chicken shredded and mixed with a heavenly blend of herbs and spices, aioli, onion, avocado and yellow pepper placed over an insanely thin perfectly toasted crusty pizza bread is the most fun you will have with your clothes on. Great artwork on the walls and a wonderfully eclectic feel and vide in this place.
