We did the River Safari on Friday with our two kids aged 6 and 4, and we all had the most amazing time. The trip up the river was so beautiful and the commentary from Captain Leps was informative and funny.
The visit to the village was a unique experience and we felt it was respectful to the villagers. We felt welcomed into their village, the food was good and a great chance to try new things and the singing was lovely.
Of course the 360s on the river heading back to Sigatoka were the highlight. We couldn’t get enough! We brought a change of clothes for the kids but for some reason didn’t think this advice would apply to us - new shirts bought at the souvenir shop in Sigatoka and wet pants all the way home to Denarau!!! You will get wet. Very wet. And it will be awesome.
