The owner of the Andes Museum recommended this restaurant which is about a block away. The staff is friendly, the food good and the prices are reasonable. We sat in their back courtyard.
My wife had delicious vegetables with rice. Very finely cutup vegetables. I had a good salad. For dessert my wife had a freshly cooked browne (we smelled them cooking while eating) that was slightly overcooked and I had apple crumble which I enjoyed.
Would definitely return.
