I booked the 4D/3N tour as a solo traveler and had some anxiety that I wouldn't fully enjoy the Amazon without a partner. However, our guide was extremely inclusive and made sure we were all experiencing the Amazon to its fullest extent! Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a perfect mix of exploring and relaxing. Truly an incredible trip.

We had great time in the jungle with our super guide Jordy. One of the best things I've ever done!
You will be amazed to discover how beauty the nature can be. Unforgettable.

I had a great 7D/6N trip into the Manu Biosphere Reserve with Amazon Wildlife Peru.

Our group saw lots of wildlife, despite it being the rainy season, when lack of exposed beaches along the Madre De Dios and Manu Rivers means a smaller chance of seeing larger animals basking in the sun. Our sightings on the trip included six different types of monkey, black caiman, many species of parrot, woodpecker, and other tropical bird, giant river otters, and the extraordinary great pootoo.

Saulo was a good guide, who I warmed to throughout the trip. His English was not perfect, but good enough to have a relatively decent chat about the flora and fauna to be found in the jungle. His management of our large group size was not the best however. Being ten people, he sometimes struggled to engage everyone in a particular siting or observation, by not waiting for the group to assemble around him when something had ben seen or heard.

Too bigger group size was my main gripe with this otherwise very well organised and professional tour. Ten people in a delicate and stealth-requiring environment such as the Amazon felt quite regularly like too many, to fully become immersed in this setting and reap maximum reward in terms of wildlife.

Hats off to Carmen though, who is obviously running a very tight ship generally speaking.

Outstanding trip with our daughters 11 and 13. Carmen was very quick to respond to all my emails, and William and Alex were such great guides and so great at spotting wildlife. We had such an unforgettable experience at all the lodgings and on our boat. The food made by the porters for the week was fantastic, I still don’t know how they cooked such cuisine in a boat! Thank you for providing such a memorable trip for our family! You all do a fantastic job! I hope to return one day for the 10 day tour!

Amazing experience in the Manu Jungle on the 7 Day/6 Night trip a family of 6, including a 6 years old boy traveling during July. Outstanding service and incredible positive and knowledge guide William who ensures everybody got an experience for life. We saw the shy and nonfriendly Native people at the riverbank with strong feeling and got convinced that we were deep into the reserved zone of the Manu Jungle.

We saw amazing animals, among others, rare monkeys and birds, Anaconda, Sloth, Tapir, great otter, and pirate fish.
