Staff and Room was great! Would stay there again and recommend to others as the location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel was always willing to accommodate our activities and very friendly.

I was there for a conference in the Cusco conference centre and the location couldn't have been better. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty with a wide choice. First time in my life i stayed in a museum. Even the music in the welcome hall was making you feel different.

Dear Mr. Romain C.

What a wonderful review of Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel through TripAdvisor, it will undoubtedly be of great help to other travelers, thank you so much for your time and preference. I could not be more delighted that your stay and experience was such a success!
There's no better way to set you up for the day than with the extensive buffet breakfast, ready to see Cusco's iconic sights, many of which are in walking distance of the hotel.

Indeed we are a museum hotel and in every corner of the hotel you will appreciate sculptures, paintings, colonial furniture, day by day we spread our culture. What a joy to know that you liked and valued classical music that is essential.

Human support is the most important thing for us and all my team is a great example how passionate they are with their work, making your experience unique and unrepeatable.

Remember that you are part of our family and we are waiting you with great energy, joy and desire to surprise you even more. Once again, thank you for having chosen the hotel as your holiday destination and thank you so much for your recommendation.

All the best,
Romy Diaz León

This hotel is beautiful, unique (museum hotel with unique art & furniture), great amenities (heated marble floors in bathroom, heated towel rack, jacuzzi, courtyard with flowers, greenery & a fountain, etc.). In addition, all of the staff was helpful, friendly & eager to please. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Largest room & bathroom of any hotel in Peru! Breakfast buffet was awesome, and service from hotel Staff was above & beyond! Located in the heart of the City, very near to the Mercado. It was just unfortunate we didn’t have more time at this particular Hotel.

Our group of 2 couples loved our stay at the Aranwa. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome, were most helpful and spoke excellent English. our bedrooms were very clean, and the ensuite was spacious and well appointed. The comfortable sitting areas were nice and the 'help yourself 't cups of coca tea was appreciated. The buffet breakfasts were generous with plenty of choice and with eggs cooked to your own liking. The staff were most helpful with packed breakfast to take away on our very early departure. We did the 4 day Inca trail and the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, putting our suitcases into safe storage and having them ready in our rooms on our return. We loved Cusco and this hotel is close to some nice restaurants and an easy walk to the main square. I would recommend this hotel to any visiting this area.
