We stayed at the Hotel Crismar for a month but didn't try dinner until the end of the trip. We invited family to join us and everyone was happy with the meals. Pretty standard Peruvian food, great service and pisco sours. Inside the hotel, usually nobody there, not always open, and sometimes has tours visiting so all full up! Nevertheless, a nice place to stop if you're in the neighborhood. By the way, love the hotel too!
