Two of us had a lovely afternoon being shown round the vineyard by Antonia, who explained everything about the growing of vines and different types of wine, which we were shown how to taste and appreciate. A great guide, genuinely interested and interesting, many thanks.

Hola dear Vicky M,

Thanks for trusting us to discover Cousino Macul's Vineyard, it is true, Antonia knows a lot about wine, maybe even a little too much... Maybe I should worry?
Joking of course, now that you know everything about the vineyard you may come back to explore the city through Walking/Biking tour that we propose?

We look forward to seeing you again soon,

Peter

I recently did a morning tour with Patrick and the afternoon tour on the same day with Stefano. Both guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and were passionate about their city. I find cycling is the best way to see places and would highly recommend these guides and their company. I had a great time.

We took the afternoon bike tour with Hector, and it was a great afternoon! The tour lasted about three and a half hours, and we went to several parks and city sites. About half way through the tour, we stopped for ice cream. The bike pace was very easy, and the vast majority of the route was on safe bike paths. Our guide focused on group safety during, and we stopped several times so he could give us information about the area. I especially liked the part at the end describing the Chile political evolution over the last decade from different perspectives.

It was a sunny afternoon in Santiago, and I could not imagine a more pleasant way to see and learn about the city. We were able to see more than I would expect during a city walking tour.
I would definitely this tour during your next visit to Santiago!

Hey CZ1143,

I am so thrilled to hear that the tour turned out to be the most pleasant way imaginable to see the city! That sure is some high praise. And I am even more happy to hear that Hector was able to not only entertain you guys and show you around, but also teach you a ton. He is such a smart guy, and he does a fantastic job of giving a balanced perspective of what can be a very divisive and explosive topic in Chilean politics.

I´m super glad you felt the tour was very safe. That is, of course, the number one priority for us. Because after all, how can you enjoy the awesome sights, fascinating history, and delicious ice cream if you don´t feel comfortable?

If you guys are still traveling through Chile and want to learn EVEN more about our history and culture, be sure to check out the FREE walking tours from our sister company, Tours4Tips, in Valparaíso, Santiago, San Pedro de Atacama, and Viña del Mar.

All the best,

Peter

We took the full day tour and felt that it was worth it. We learned a lot about the City, its culture, art, history, neighborhoods, great food places, and how to look for bargains at the markets. We had samples of local ice creams and Chilean foods. Our guides, Marcela and Rodrigo, were fantastic! We felt at home with them and they took good care of us. Afterwards, I felt very comfortable knowing my way around the city.

Hey LuckyVaga,

Glad to hear you thought the full day tour was worth it! Although for many it can be a lot to see for one day, I am 100% in a agreement with you--it is no doubt the best way to truly get to know the city.

Santiago is so diverse and huge, meaning you have to take a lot of time to get to know it, but boy is all that effort rewarding! It´s so awesome that after the tour, you felt really comfortable walking around the city. For many, it can take even years, but you proved that with 2 awesome tours, it´s possible in a day!

Thanks so much for taking the time to review us. We always appreciate the feedback, and are especially happy when it´s as positive as yours!

All the best,

Peter
