The customer service offered is like kopitiam standard. There's no customer service at kopitiam you say? Well you see my point then.

The service is extremely slow. The service staff always congregate at the left side of the restaurant and talk to each other with their back faced towards the whole restaurant. There's no one overseeing the restaurant.

food was also average. not worth the price point.

we had the mushroom soup as a starter, which was excellent. it wasn't dilute and had loads of mushroom bits for those who like their soup slightly more chunky. for mains we had the spaghetti carbonara and the char siew kurobuta pork belly. they were both very well executed. the carbonara was flavorful with good texture. the pork melts in your mouth.
the pricing of the food is average and some would argue on the higher side. the portions were okay, but bigger eaters will be left wanting for more after finishing the pork belly.

Good ambience, had carbonara and truffle mushroom risotto and they're great. Ordered caramel creme coffee but it's slightly on a bitter side and it lacks that creme caramel flavour. Perfect for business meals too.

Disappointed with the customer services quality, seem like I’m having tea break at self-services food court. The food quality was average.

Was here with 3 other people on a Saturday night. Restaurant had few other customers, only 4 tables were taken. Yet food took a whole hour to arrive. Was the kitchen too tied up with fulfilling takeaway/delivery orders? We saw plenty of delivery bags being whiskedaway before our food came. A bit of a systems overhaul may be necessitated here.

Dinner menu looked promising but it was with unsatisfactorily filled tummes that we left for dinner round two elsewhere. For filling options, be sure to go for the starchy dishes. Like risotto or pasta. Or just head elsewhere to get better value for money.

A bit of a disappointing experience , i think. 3/5 is very generous. The setting is nice - high ceilings, lovely colour scheme, peaceful and pleasant ambience. I may come back just because its a nice quiet and pretty place chat with girlfriends over coffee and cake.
