Tea chapter is a hidden gem. Despite its central location, once you enter the shop and especially when you to the tea house on the second floor, it feels like time slows down. The tea is also really, really good. It might seem pricey, with a minimum beverage spend of about $8 on my last visit, but it is worth the price.
First, once you order, you are welcome, even encouraged, to linger. Tea is meant to be savoured, not rushed. And each satchet of tea is good for multiple brews, and you can easily spend an hour drinking in the atmosphere. Second, you are getting a premium cup of tea, and especially when shared, it is worth paying for.
If you even have a mild interest in venturing past the tea bag, Tea Chapter is the perfect place to start your journey.
