We went there on Saturday night and decided to come later (8pm) than the normal diner time to avoid the crowd, which proved to be a good call. They have a good variety of seafood (on weekend the buffet is more expensive because they have more type of seafood such as lobster and alaska king crab) and quite tasty ones. We also loved the roasted beef and especially the chicken kebab (so yummy that we had a refill). For in-house guest (M hotel), there's a 30% off so pricing become very reasonable. We also order a bottle of white wine, very decent one and not expensive at all.

We had dinner weeks ago to celebrate our friends anniversary. We were disappointed when we came in, seafood like oyster and prawn was not replenished. We had to approach some staff to refill it and its like every 10-15mins before the staff to come out. In addition, the roasted beef was nice and even we wanted more, we felt like we beg for it and Chef gave us 1pc at a time and so thin sliced. Chef should ask if we want more so that we dont come back again and again. The restaurant quite small and less staff as well.
Hope these improve in future!

The four of us had a buffet dinner on a Monday night and the place was packed to the brim. In general the food was mostly of high quality, and is probably one of the best tasting I have had recently.

Highlights of food that were great would include the salmon sashimi, pork ribs, chicken satay, fresh seafood (oyster, clams, crab, prawns, mussels), and the very unique taro ball with grass jelly dessert section.

The durian penyet, dessert and cooked dishes were average.

The Beijing duck, chocolate fondue were poor.

The staff were incredibly friendly and most of the night proactively cleared the used dishes from our table. It got really busy for a while that did not happen too frequent for a while.

The most unpleasant experience was how the kiasu fellow dinners would swarm the newly refreshed crab, oyster, steam fish and salmon sashimi stations and take insanely large amounts, often leaving little or nothing behind for others. This is a really ugly side of Singaporeans. Another annoying behaviour was how all the crab pincers were taken and leaving behind forty to fifty crab legs.

The staff do not seem to replenish these popular food stations often enough, and the lack of drink options (only green tea and hot/cold water seemed to be offered).

One of the worst buffets I have been. The popular food choice is not replenished, eg oysters, lobsters, chilli crabs. & when they do, it creates a frenzy in the restaurant and everyone’s rushing to grab it. Within seconds, the food is all snatched away, and you have to wait maybe 30 mins before they replenish it again. I have never been to a hotel international buffet THAT stingy with the replenishment of food. The buffet is not even cheap in the first place and the food area is empty all the time because no one comes out to replenish it constantly. None
of the dishes wow me too, chilli crab sauce was salty, not spicy nor sweet tangy. Satay sauce was so mediocre I think supermarket instant packets tasted better. Overall, not worth it!

My friend and I went for a buffet dinner last night. The place is beautiful and the selection of food is good too. The price is reasonable. I can say that im happy with everything including the service. Keep it up.
