My husband and I stayed at Astoria Palawan when we visited Philippines last 2019. It was a summer to remember and we definitely enjoyed our stay in Palawan. It was very relaxing. the rooms are clean, spacious and the staff are really friendly. They also have very delicious choices of food! They also offer us private tours to around the city of Palawan. Hoping to re-visit Palawan soon!

We approached Halo Dome restaurant, we were greeted with young
Vibrant server "JOY" she was full of smiles and accommodating.
Alberto (outlet manager) came and start clearing the table, his service was second to none.
Those staffs are the pillars of the hotel.
Kudos Astoria Hotel to have an excellent service.

Booked an expensive room here for new year’s fridge in room was broken ask 3 time to have it fixed or replaced so the special celebratory wine and food was ruined. Went to the restaurant for a drink looked more like a calenderia than a restaurant and the bar was a poor imitation serving badly made drinks from behind a wooden bench The new years entertainment was badly organised and ametuer. And the service was poor and inattentive. Very dissatisfied
