It was alright, crocodiles are definitely huge. But not much wildlife per se. The tour guide however is knowledgeable and fun. Recommending this to children and for nature lovers as it has a trail to the forest which you can do without tour guide.

I understand the need for conservation when there is human/animal conflict but the enclosures are small and are completely unstimulating for the animals. Made me sad!

Baby crocodiles were in overcrowded bathtub like enclosures with only a little bit of water. The enormous adult crocodiles were kept in concrete enclosures with nothing but a bit of water for them which didn’t even cover their backs. There was no visual stimulation for them and the size of these enclosures were tiny compared to the massive size of the animal. They could barely turn around in there. At the end of the tour they offer to take photos of you holding the babies and even offer crocodile meat. The same goes for the other animals here. The huge snakes were kept in cramp little cages not even long enough for them to fully stretch out. This is not a rescue centre in the slightest.

They can't make a lot of money so do well with what they have (only 40Php entry). Don't expect western standards but it's interesting to see the giant crocodiles and some other interesting creatures like bearcats (binturong).

I was happy to see that there was a wildlife rescue centre, but after visiting it, it left me with mixed feelings.
The crocodiles are being kept in really small cages (the babies as well). Just like the other animals that are being kept there. Also, there wasn't much information about the programm of the centre and about what's gonna happen when all the baby crocodiles grow up.
I must say, it was very impressive to see how massive the adult crocodiles are, giant and impressive animals.
While we went to the exit i noticed two weird things for a rescue centre. One, there was a possibility to take a picture while holding a baby crocodile (why on earth do people still do these things?) And second....you could eat crocodile meat????
After seeiing those two things, this place left me with very mixed feelings about wanting the best for these animals. I got the feeling this place is more a tourist attraction than a real wildlife centre.
