A TWENTY FOUR TICKET is fine you can fit all the routes in to this time period .We did the route to Stanley Market first then the city tour . Taking the Kowloon route the next morning.

We bought 48 hrs big bus tickets online. We used red line, green line and night tours.Green line is really useful. In my opinion if you go to HK ,you should use MTR .It
is the easiest and fastest way to go anywhere. You don’t even need big bus tours.

Dear yaminmarlarthan 2,

Greeting from Big Bus Tours Team,

Thank you so much for choosing Big Bus Tours as your sightseeing partner in Hong Kong. As well, thank you for taking valuable time in writing us a review. We sure you enjoy a lot with the beautiful places in Hong Kong.

As you know, your Big Bus tickets has included 3 routes unlimited hop-on/off, quite a look valuable with attractions ticket (Peak Tram Sky Pass or Sky100 ) plus we provided headphone, poncho and record commentary in 10 languages. Those things we will not found it in any public transport.

Many thanks for writing us a review.

Best regards,
Big Bus Team

We've taken the Hop-on-hop-off buses in many cities and this one ranks worst for the condition of the vehicles, service and reliability.Where we were promised a bus every 30 minutes on the red line, we waited 90 minutes on one occasion and an hour on another. The aircon controls above the seats seldom work and the commentary units likewise. No cleaning takes place between trips and the staff were less that hospitable.

That said, the routes and offers were very good. We travelled all three routes - red, green and blue (Kowloon) - purchasing the 48-hour option online (10% discount). It was good value offering four ferry trips, a trip to the Peak lookout (or the Sky 100 observation deck) and a sampan boat ride in Stanley. It was a great way to orient oneself and made the remaining three days of our stay so much better for having gained a feel for the layout. We never did receive the book of discount vouchers promised (unless what they meant was vouchers for the advertised attractions) and the free wifi never worked except on their own app - no internet - delivering "page not found" on login.

Despite all the disappointments, we'd probably recommend to other first-time visitors to take the plunge, but do read the health warnings - all is not as promised. We overheard an American couple sitting in front of us sayong that they would not get off the bus at any stops for fear of being left stranded after a similar long wait to ours - musing that it seemed that they only had one bus on each route - each advertising a round-trip journey on 90 minutes. Caveat emptor.

Dear Ratfink,

Greeting from Big Bus Tours Team.

Thank you very much for choosing us as your sightseeing partner in Hong Kong and for taking valuable time in writing us a review.

On the other hand, I have addressed this with all the driver team and our internal procedures will be reassessed to prevent this happening again. I was especially concerned that you might have felt we did not care and I would like to assure you that this was certainly not the case.

I hope we will be able to welcome you back to Big Bus Tours again and deliver a delighting experience.

Kind Regards,
Big Bus Team
