I travel to Beijing very often for business and leisure and have stayed at quite a few of the properties across the city. The Rosewood is by far the best I've stayed in.
Location is very convenient on east side of the city, close to the business district and Sanlitun.
The hotel itself is the most impressive part, from the lobby with 3 level ceilings and the amazing spa, the architecture and interior design is impressive.
The staff were excellent and extremely helpful, concierge even helped me book cars from the other side of the city via a phone call or wechat message.
My room itself was quite large there are large windows facing the CCTV tower with a nice reading area and a proper desk to work. Rooms are very nicely furnished and appointed. Free flow VOSS water was a nice touch.
Dining was good, the hotel restaurant and country kitchen was good value. Mei bar is great for drinks and taking clients. Only slight disappointment may have been House of Dynasties, it was good, but not exceptional.
I'll definitely be back.
