This is a wonderful hotel. Everything was great -- service, room, dining, etc. The breakfast buffet was bountiful with an interesting mix of Western and Chinese foods. We had dinner one night at the Chinese restaurant and it was very good. Our room had Club access, and the food, beverages, and staff at the Club were greatly appreciated. And I treated myself to a manicure at the Spa. And the concierge service, and in particular Herry, were great. Walking distance to Solano shopping center.

My husband and I trekked over to the hotel after reading about the bar inside- Equis. The bar has superb write ups and is called the “premier social scene” of Beijing. Yes the bar is decorated impeccably but I would not make the trip if you are not staying at the hotel. We also had a drink at the bar inside the lobby. We arrived just after tea service and the place cleared out very quick. Wine list was great, food options were nothing special.

Do yourself a favour and get the FS pick up airport transfer and drop off - life is just so much better with it.

We stayed in the Suite with Executive Lounge access and it just brought a calmness to our trip.

The spa is great, the gym the whirlpool, same. Our room was terrific, spacious and tastefully decorated with a bathroom large enough to fit a terrific rain shower, loo and delightfully large bath tub. Double basins and life spent getting ready is a treat.

It was superb and they squeezed us in for Peking Duck!

Stunning stay and we will be back. Our home in Beijing!

Dear Di B,

What a great way to kick start 2018 by reading your review.

Thank you so much for taking time to write this review and might be helpful to other who are reading your review. I couldn’t agree more with you that it does make a journey seamless to stay in a Suite and reserve hotel airport transportation. I am pleased to learn of your compliments on our Spa, Cai Yi Xuan (Chinese Restaurant) and more importantly you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.

We're looking forward to your return to your preference address in Beijing.

You can’t miss if you stay in a Four Seasons Hotel anywhere in the world. But the property in Beijing is even more special than most. The staff throughout the hotel are concerned and focused only on your comfort and pleasure. The restaurants are world-renowned. Who can ever forget the Peking Duck in the Chinese gourmet restaurant? Worth the long flight to China just to savor that duck!
The concierge staff are the best. They can help you with your every need.
As they say where I come from (ATLANTA, GA), “It don’t get no better than this!”
