Four Seasons is a lovely hotel, but management need to give away the idea they can run a champagne brunch in their cafe foyer. Guys it's too small, everyone is tripping over each other, it sucks. The seating plan is haphazard and therefore not relaxing and bingo you have lost the very reason for why customers come to a brunch.

Guests feel like they are either sat in the lobby (because they are) or sat in walkways to the food (because they are). It's just not right.

Give away the big brunch idea and do something new and unique like a Sunday high tea. That might work in this small spot. But sorry at 750 per head I was left underwhelmed by this so called five star brunch, and will not be back.

From the pick up at the airport through absolutely every aspect of the Four Seasons Hotel, the service, amenities and room were outstanding.

I booked my trip as a result of a change in plans and had to visit 30 different locations over 3 days

Herri, the concierge obtained all the addresses whilst Driver Lee put them into a practical driving order for each day

I was accompanied by a very proficient and fun interpreter called Jacque whom Herri had also arranged for me

Throughout the whole 3 days everything ran extremely smoothly and efficiently thanks to the great work from all the staff at the hotel but especially from those I mentioned

Great work - I would if really struggled without them

The room was fantastic, as was the service. Very accommodating, which is why we love FS. Had a very early departure and staff prepared a breakfast to-go, given we were departing before the restaurant opened. Room was huge, calming and beautifully furnished. Loved the in room Nespresso. Would definitely stay here again.

I visit Beijing monthly for business and most of the time I stay at Four Seasons. The personal is friendly and professional.

Always love the coffee station for early check-out and great afternoon perfect for long meetings in the lobby.

The rooms are extremely spacious and very comfortable, love the shoes polishing service.

I will definitely recommend this hotel, the Italian restaurant is also a must try when in Beijing. I can just not wait for the top bar to hotel.

Special mention to Andrew, the GM such a great host and always so helpful all my requests!!

Stayed one night at the 4S in Beijing. Modern business hotel with nice, spacious rooms, good service and very good breakfast. I stayed in a king room with separate living room. Hotel design is modern with a contemporary Asian feel in a modern high rise and an internal atrium. Very nice without being spectacular. I booked through Platinum AMEX provided me with a room upgrade (so room category described is at least one up from standard king). Breakfast is buffet style with great selection. I had a breakfast meeting and staff found my a nice private table (but they play music a little too loud for a top business hotel). Had a couple drinks at the bar in the evening and there was a very pleasant atmosphere and a friendly bartender who helped select a couple decent scotches. Room pricing was very reasonable for a hotel of this quality. Would come back for business but not on a family vacation (no wow factor, compared to say the Four Seasons in Istanbul or Paris)
