This hotel is amazing, so clean and rooms are spacious. nice breakfast howeverI would still recommend them to have more wester options apart from the cereals and eggs. its very near to the airport which was a plus for us as our flights arrived at 2 am in Beijing, I loved how clean it was and most importantly it has airport pick up which saved us from standing in the long queue at the airport. The check in was a breeze as well as the check out. the restaurant staff didn't have good English however reception was fine. the lake nearby is very beautiful and well kept

Massive Airport hotel, few minutes from Terminal 3 of PEK via Shuttle Bus (every 20 minutes (reportedly you can walk to and from the airport as well, but route seemed not well protected or marked and along the highway so not tested).
Impressive and modern communal spaces, and extremely wide and
good quality (not exceptional) meal buffets choices, albeit quite expensive when compared to average room prices (~25/45/65 $ breakfast/lunch/dinner pp respectively as standard rates, otherwise à la carte).
Rooms (deluxe used) are indeed very large (45m2) and comfortable but as seen elsewhere in China regrettably hotel ranking criteria may not always appear to be the same as in other parts of the world. You would not expect poor finishing and inadequate maintenance in a modern, recently built, 5 star ranked establishment (unscrewed handles, marked mirrors and carpets, limescale deposits, wood fixed sockets for example).
Decent English at reception and restaurant, but nothing more.
Can be recommended for one night or short stay, provided price is good though.

Nice and quiet place. Have a shuttle bus to the airport. Good breakfast , which better take in open air terrace. Bed is a little bit hard but others things is fine. Rooms have amazing tab and room size is comfortable.

I had a night in Beijing, while changing the planes. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle-service on a scheduled basis. Quick and welcoming check-in. Internet terminals are available. Room was spacious and I liked the bath tube. Unfortunately the place was like many airport hotels around the globe far too expensive. But for one night it was all right, because I did not want to have the long ride to the city center just for a bed.

Hotel is great! It's really clean and furniture is really new and room is cozy. Excellent illumination in general.

It's just next to Terminal 3, which is really convenient as well as shuttle bus to the airport.

There are 2 bad thing in general:

- Staff doesn't speak English at a conversation level, which makes it really difficult at check-in, restaurant, room service, etc.

- The other thing is customer care, as I needed to check in after 12 am. According to travel agent, I needed to contact hotel if check in would be done after 12 am. I tried to contact them by chat with no answer during 3 months! I then called and the person didn't speak English and wasn't able to understand.
