I and my family, (my wife and two sons), stayed here for 7 days. The place proved to be perfect location as a town house - not far from the city center yet very quiet most of the day and night. We had very good silent nights. We also had generally cheap and convenient transportation system to and from the city center.
The house is a spacious, Master ensuite, 3 bedroomed, ground+1 type of house with its own gate and small compound. The dining, living room and kitchen are in ground floor while all the 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a back yard with some 3 servant rooms though we did not need it - we only used this back yard to do our laundry.
The owner of the house, (who stays in another house within the same complex), was very welcoming and full of life - he and his wife made us feel comfortable - he even provided a dedicated phone and line number where we could reach him any time.
The only problem is that the public transport is right by the main gate BUT if you are not used to using the public transport system in Nairobi, the 'Matatus' - as they are known - with their loud music maybe very disturbing and getting the 'tourist type' taxis may not be easy.
We are planning on booking the same house for our next vacation, because we thought that if offered more than we had asked for.
