Very nice breakfast with beautiful view. Pretty small swimming pool more for leisure than for swimming. Next to the bar :-). Welcome drink in the lobby, but quite annoying security check.
Most of rooms in 7th floor have a large balcony.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I can highly recommend it. It's not in the downtown, but in a quieter residential area, somewhere on a half way to the airport. Yet, it's only a 10-20 min (4-5 $ taxi ride) drive to center depending on the traffic.
The hotel is pretty new, or at least recently renovated. The lobby is spacious and bright with nice seating area. Three elevators serve around 20 floors. Ask for a higher floor room with Shwedagon Pagoda view.
The rooms are very spacious with comfy beds, armchairs, big table, big and spacious modern bathroom with a shower cabin. Floor is carpeted, huge flat TV, wifi great. Mini bar included in the price.
Breakfast is served on the top floor with terrific views, and the food choice is amazing. It was the best breakfast on our 10 days, 5 hotels Myanmar tour, and one of the best I've ever had in this part of the world. Apart from great choice of hot Asian dishes and snacks, you could find cold cut meats and cheese selections (not very common in Asia), nice sweet pastries and fab omelettes made in front of you.
On the 5th floor there's a gym and a nice pool with a bar. The pool is open until 11PM, so it's very relaxing to dip after all day sightseeing. Towels are available at the gym.
All the staff is very kind and welcoming.

Room Tip: Higher floor room with Shwedagon Pagoda view

Clean and friendly hotel, with good service. Rooms are large. The premier rooms offer a nice view and have a kind of annex that makes them almost equivalent to a suite, offering a real office space. It would need a real light over the desk (which is large) and a better seat. A few more electric sockets would be useful. Room is nice, bed very good (not too soft). Breakfast was diverse, in a large rooms, still overcrowded at peak hours. The coffee shop near the reception is good, but seating is not very comfortable. Nice swimming pool area, with view on the city. I am likely to return. An effective airport pick-up service would be a bonus.

The room was big, comfy bed, the bath toiletries were better than average. Everything smell jasmine. Great room service foods and lots of choice for breakfast. The Chinese restaurant was tasty and the pool bar was great... Service is great but internet was a bit slow.. Would come back anytime..

My family loved it here! The staff were excellent and the rooms were quite nice. The breakfast had an array of foods and was the best I have experienced in a long time. There is an indoor pool and note that the water was quite cold. The view of the city is amazing as well! Otherwise, no issues or complaints and I would happily stay here again. Enjoy!

Room Tip: stay at the highest floor possible for a great view!
