Cafe Amarti is in Usaquén, a beautiful "spanish villa" in the middle of very busy Bogotá. Given the traffic and the rain, it was great help that they have valet parking.
The ample restaurant has plenty of tables, yet it keeps a cozy atmosphere.
The menu is super large, with tons of great options to choose covering the whole italian food spectrum. All of the dishes we asked for were properly prepared and presented and absolutely delicious.

We walked by the outside of Amarti along Carrera 6 at night and looked at the beautiful space and wondered what restaurant it was. When we came by during the day we figured out it was Amarti but would have never guessed this as there are two separate parts of this restaurant that look totally different from each other. The part we had seen was more modern and spacious with a living plant wall.

Dinner was fantastic! The Caesar salad was very good (a true Caesar salad) and enough to share among three people. The salmon with zucchini and tomato was perfectly cooked. And the tartufo for dessert was rich but yet light. My colleagues also had very good meals and desserts. All portions were generous.

Complimentary pita bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is provided.

I’d recommend getting a seat in the back second as it seems to be less noisy than the front section.

I would have never guessed Bogotá would have. Is good of an Italian restaurant and am surprised Amarti isn’t more highly ranked.

I visited Amarti for a business luncheon. It is a wonderful restaurant. The menu is great and they can cater to quiet business meetings. We sat in the backyard patio on a hot day. Was lovely.
The menu and food was wonderful. Would recommend the place anytime.

May help to speak about Spanish to get the best out of menu etc.

Thank P P
