This is an old colonial house that was very important in Colombia's fight for independence. It is located on the corner of Bolivar Plaza and the entry fee is very reasonable. The house was restored from a derelict condition, but the interior is laid out as hands-on museum, and there are no original fixtures or fittings. There is some information in English, but it does not really explain to the casual visitor the importance of what took place in this location. There is a pleasant garden out the back.
