Went here for lunch (based on Tripadvisor reviews). I got the ajiaco (the traditional chicken/corn-potato soup specific to Bogotá). It’s the third ajiaco i’ve had and i wouldn’t necessarily say it was any better than the others, but it was very nice, and a crazy big portion. My bf got the red kidney bean and pork soup (cant remember its proper name) which he really enjoyed. We also got lemonades and they were huge too. I felt we could’ve shared a soup and the lemonade and maybe had something smaller like a tamale to share. We actually walked out both feeling uncomfortably full after the soups. Not as cheap as i was expecting. Came to ~36000 for the both of us.

Thank K S

We were looking for a place to eat and walked into to Antigua Santa Fe, what a treat, we ordered one Chicken Tamale and a bowl of their Chicken soup, we also added an avocado and a side of rice, the waiter advised us this would be enough food for two people, he was right too. The food was excellent and we could not finish everything. By far the best value of anyplace I ate at during my two weeks in South America.

We decided to eat here since La Puerta Falsa and La Puerta de la Catedral were very crowded. The place is small but charming. We tried Bandeja Paisa and Ajiaco. The food was good and the drinks were freshly made as well.

This is a great stop if you're around Bolivar Square or the Gold Museum. The food is fantastic, especially the Ajiaco Colombiano. Ask for a seat upstairs by a window with a balcony for a nice view and some fresh air.

Excellent Clombian soup with chicken and vegetables served here. We had it for lunch. Large portions.
The place is very crowded and cramped, but is worth it.
They also have tamales.
In Candeleria District.
