We went here for an early dinner. There were no other customers. The place at this time of the year is very cold, so bring gloves. We decided to get sanwiches XXL and a Hamburger. The hamburger wasn't available. So we chose the chicken.
The sandwiches arrived a good 5 minutes earlier, although the fries were cold. The chicken was something you are not allowed to serve in a restaurant: 2 mm flat pieces which have been cooked for more than 15 minutes.
On top of this all I got food poisoning that night (no, it's not altitude sickness), which led to us missing the 3 day hike up the Huayna Potosi.

Maybe the lunch and coffee are great, as suggested in all reviews, but this dinner was the worst in 3 months South America.

Thank Matt K

Sorry for this great inconvenience, we can only make an explanation now. We found out what happened, that day our cook was sick and the replacement took his place that night, we already made the necessary consultations so that it does not happen. We regret what happened

More reliable WiFi than that of Cafe del Mondo. The food and drink was without a doubt much tastier and of a higher quality.
