We decided to have a short break to take some time to just relax, enjoy great food and drink and the ambience of a lovely hotel . We are are so pleased to have chosen Bab Al Qasr Hotel.
The greeting received on check in/out was excellent, a thank you to, Louie, May, Clement, and Milky for the information provided during our stay.
A thank you to Manager Binas, Derrick and Abdo for excellent service at Loop Bar.
The service provided by the F&B team was superb, Chef Magbol, Karim, Lovely, Varum, Sarum and Subash and James. If, there is a name missed, apologies, all the staff that served us were great during breakfast and dinner service.
A big thank you to Benedict (Housekeeping), who serviced our room to a high standard. It seemed like we were staying in a new room everyday. Well done on the standards.
Thanus, and the rest of the lifeguards always greeted us with a smile. The pool area and beach were first rate.
The view from our room was probably the best view we have experienced to date. The room was first class.
The only thing that could have made our experience a little better, was if there had been a few more guests to create more of an atmosphere around the hotel, particularly in the Loop bar area.
