This hotel is not yet open and there are strong concerns about it! The developer has been denounced by every credible professional authority in Lebanon for multiple violations of building, zoning, and environmental codes. Worse, he has taken no measures to protect the visitors from the open sewer a few meters away, meaning that water in the hotel, we are told, is contaminated with bacteria, etc.

Do yourself a favor and don't even think of staying there, the place smells very bad. Mattress probably 20 years old, staff are the worst I Seen, carpets are dirty and you should see the small frig never been cleaned. I stayed there for 10 days and asked to be moved 5 times but every room was dirtiest than the other. I'm not sure who gave it 4 stars. This place doesn't deserve -10 stars

The hotel is very bad, what? That for the next:
- furniture is too old and Un comfortable.
- doors not going and not closing
-breakfast contains foul, borne eggs and Labaneh - llebanon dishes
- staf not even smiles or giving any feel of appreciation
- the only positive thing is the location if you need to be there
- location in google maps is not right

In a city where you can find some of the best hotels in the world, Most probably this is the worst hotel in Beirut.
Even though it has a 4 star rating, I think they forgot to put the minus sign in front of the stars. It's not even worth one star.
There's a bad smell in the room. I think it comes from the cheep curtains.
All the rooms are equally bad. To make you stop complaining they will change your room. We had to change rooms three times to get a less than half decent place to stay. However this room has air conditioning problems. We put the temperature at 24°c, and we frose. The air conditioning does not stop ar 24°, it keeps blowing cold air all night. When we raised it to 25°, 26°, 27°, 28°, 29°, the cold air keeps blowing. When we raised the temperature to 30°, finally the heater started when it was 32° outside and very humid. We complained about it. They promised they will have it fixed. The first day the service man didn't show up, it wasn't their fault?? I wonder who is to blame wgen it was not fixed the second njght, wgen they said it was fixed.
If you like to pay money to be tortured, then you are at the right place.
The breakfast is terrible, the same every day. If you want coffee, you have to go and get it. The so called orange juice is orange colored sweetened water.
The people who work there are not very friendly.
The zaatar bread or the cheese bread which they serve almost every morning is not edible. The bread is 90% uncooked dough, 10% hastily cooked and slightly burned.
In general the room looks like it was abandoned a few years ago, or never properly cleaned.
The bed cover is infant size, it covers you up to your belly button. If you pull it up to cover your face from freezing, your legs will be exposed up to your knees, and you'll freeze anyway, specially when it's terribly hot and humid outside. There is no comfort zone, you have only two choices, freeze or boil in sweat.
