We had been planning to dine at Al-Romansiah for a long time as had heard a lot about it - somehow our experience was not worth the visit to much touted Arabic food restaurant - the chicken kebabs were just ok - dull in taste - we ordered four different types of chicken; mathghout, charcoal grilled; madbhi and kabsa - while madghout and kabsa were just fine; the other two were dry to the core - almost powdery in nature and not at all juicy - the rice served with Kabsa was salty and were cooked in water with chicken stock - rice served with madhghout and madhbi were not hot and the quantity was less when compared with other places who serve such dishes
It was strange to see the Two counter guys resolving their issue and keeping the customers standing and not serving them
The space is large but not well maintained as should have been
Don’t know how could such a huge chain can serve mediocre food - Lower in quality than the local neighborhood Arabic restaurants
