About a week ago my friend and I were having breakfast at the Norman. The ambience, decore, setting and variety of foods are all wonderful and greatly appreciated. The food, however, was disappointing in its quality. Almost everything was just OK. Baked pastries on the buffet, both sweet and savory, were cold. This was especially to the disadvantage of the different quiches. One warm, freshly baked dish would make us happier than having 4 cold ones to choose from. Salads were a bit blant. Overall, it seems like at the Norman the emphasis is on quantities and variety, but not so much on flavores. Sevice was not attentive enough and a bit slow. Overall disappointing.

We had breakfast here and although we did not stay at the hotel, the staff was amazing and so was the food. They were very accommodating for gluten free diners. Service was slow and we had to flag people down to get the bill but everything else was great. Add this to your Tel Aviv brunch list if visiting!

Nice atmosphere, in the heart of the city. Opened for Shabbat which is always nice. It could be improved: the service is “cold”, not naturally classy as you may find in other restaurants of the same segment.
Food is Mediterranean: as Italian i certainly notice much room for improvement, but I know I am spoiled.

We popped in from the busy streets to the tranquil luxury of The Norman Hotel and with in its spender is The Library bar, selling well made and appointed cocktails. Service is divine, the decor is art deco, the seating eclectic luxury antique and the clientele smart.
Splendour thought - with these usual priced £10-12 cocktails - lovely menu, great taste and comfy seating. You can only enjoy.
They also have a bar menu if your feeling peckish.
Treat your self, relax and indulge.
