We Israelis, love a lot, big, sometimes exaggerated, if you visited a hotel in Israel, and you certainly did not understand what the whole amount of food is, then think that if this is just a small example of the abundance of the hotel, You did not visit Harrods, the top of the hotels in Israel, and I would not be ashamed to compare it to the best and the most luxurious in the world.

Thanks for a perfect experience for all the Harrods team who, with all their glory, made us feel like kings in their home

Me and my family were at the Herods Eilat Hotel in Israel on vacation and I want to say that in my life I was not at a hotel that provides such a good service if it's at breakfast that really worried about my child who is allergic to peanuts and the hotel chef came directly to us and prepared his food separately for him in a sterile skillet There was someone named Shaked who played with the children and operated them extraordinarily than I know in other hotels. The hotel also provided performances and plays at a very high level, the room service was very good as well. I personally highly recommend to families who want to get their children to the hotel you will be very .surprised by the service And the whole hotel Provider

The reason I didn't give the hotel Excellent grade is because I think every place can be better.
the room is big and comfortable.
the view is magnificent (we were on 7'th floor)
the pool is very nice and the beach is just out of the pool.
the breakfast is very big and with a lot of choice.
just out of the hotel there is the sidewalk of Eilat that goes until the Mall about 2 Km.
in the morning you can find a lot of joggers on the sidewalk.
the staff are very friendly.

Room Tip: ask for the upper floors

This is one of the few large luxury hotels on the Red Sea coast of Eilat.
It is a huge structure built opposite the beach, like a large amphitheater overlooking the immense pool below. The scenographic aspect is striking, until you begin to deal with the reception.
Long queues for check in (the hotel is huge and hosts hundreds of people) and operators who are not always up to the situation; some are unfamiliar with the English language, others do not seem to notice the client's interests.
Elevators with roulette distribution methods add waiting to waiting and complicate the situation. It takes fifteen minutes to get to your room from the reception.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a private beach, even if the marine resources are heavily penalized by the industrial port of Eilat (to the west) and by that of Aqaba (to the east).
The interior spaces of the hotel are vast and wind through small gardens, canals, large reception rooms and restaurants. The underground parking is certainly not the largest.
The rooms are very large and the bathrooms are equipped but a bit 'retro. Possibility of direct sea view for about 60% of the rooms.
Indoor restaurant with excellent international cuisine, with buffet service but operators not attentive to customers.
Breakfasts at the height of the category.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms on the seaside!
